Your chalet is available from 3.30 pm on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the chalet by 10.30 am.

Please settle your bill at the reception on the day of departure.
We accept cash, Maestro/EC card, Visa, or Euro-/Mastercard

For fixed reservations, we ask for a deposit of € 500.

Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing. The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply to cancellations and early departures.

Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by the contractual partner without payment of a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration.
We only charge a handling fee of € 100,- per chalet.

Outside this specified period, cancellation by unilateral declaration by the contractual partner is only possible subject to payment of the following cancellation fees:

• from 3 months to 1 month before the arrival date we charge 40% of the total chalet price;
• from 1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival we charge 70 % of the total chalet price;
• in the event of cancellation within the last week before the day of arrival, we will charge you 90% of the total chalet price, 100% in the event of early departure or non-arrival

Note: The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union.

The provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

It is not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the booked holiday has to be cancelled or cut short prematurely. We would like to spare you the unnecessary costs and the associated hassle in the event of a cancellation. We therefore recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits) as cover for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue).

We are happy to provide an orthopaedic dog bed, a dog blanket and a bowl. We also place a rubbish bin on your terrace for the disposal of dog bags.

Dogs are welcomed guests at the Auszeit-Alm restaurant. You can enjoy a relaxing dinner in a setting where your dog will also feel right at home.

Outside the chalet and on walks, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
