Don’t feel like leaving your chalet or suite after a relaxing day? We understand! We will be happy to serve your dinner directly to your chalet or suite.
Breakfast brought to your chalet
For a perfect start to the day, we serve breakfast directly to your chalet or suite. Our breakfast crew will lovingly set the breakfast table for you with the dishes you chose the day before. Breakfast is served during daily cleaning – so you can sit back, enjoy your breakfast, and not have to worry about a thing.
Spoilt for choice
In our Auszeit chalet village there are plenty of opportunities to treat yourself to wonderful cuisine. Whether in the Auszeit-Alm restaurant or in the cosy wine cellar – these special moments are sure to leave a lasting impression. And if you don’t feel like leaving your chalet or suite, we will be happy to make dinner come to you.

Salmon trout & more from Arla Fischmanufaktur
We source our fish from the Arla Fischmanufaktur at the end of the valley. Their fish live an absolutely stress-free life there and can grow and thrive in peace until they make their way into our kitchen and are deliciously prepared by our gourmet chef. Look forward to a true flavour experience.
Meat and sausage from our own butcher
Our meat and sausage products come directly from our own butcher’s shop. It is important to us to offer you especially delicious options on your holiday with us. It is equally important to offer high-quality products so that you can feast and enjoy without any worries.
Eggs from the Oberneuhof farm
Our breakfast eggs probably have the shortest route from farm to table – they come directly from the Berger family’s Oberneuhof farm, located opposite our chalet village. We are particularly proud to have such partners and thus be able to ensure that we can offer our guests the highest level of quality.
Collect and cook your own mushrooms
If you happen upon mushrooms on a hike in summer, don’t hesitate to bring them back to the chalet village with you. Our chef Markus will be happy to whip up a great dish for you. You will see that sometimes there is nothing better than having your own produce on your plate.
